Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using findmypip.com, including the Calculator, the Pip€x Process™ checklist and trade journal, the Calendar view, or the Sync Across Devices feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use findmypip.com.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Pipillionair€ Pipeline™.

FindMyPip and Its Relationship to Pipillionair€ Pipeline™

FindMyPip™ is a product of Pipillionair€ Pipeline™, a trade name operated by Leslie Sampson, an individual based in Trinidad and Tobago. As of the date of this policy, Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ is not incorporated as a separate legal entity. Any reference to “FindMyPip,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Leslie Sampson, operating under this trade name, unless and until a separate registered entity is formed and users are formally notified of the change.

FindMyPip is related to, but operated separately from, pipillionaire.com and Pipillionair€ Academy™. FindMyPip has its own tools, its own visual identity, and, as of this document, its own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where pipillionaire.com's paid programs (the Market Analyst Project, Zoom Mentorship Sessions) are referenced elsewhere, those remain governed by pipillionaire.com's own Terms and Conditions, not this document.

We are not licensed financial educators, registered investment advisors, or certified financial planners. Nothing on findmypip.com constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or a guarantee of any financial outcome. All use of findmypip.com's tools and all financial decisions you make are your sole responsibility.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country of residence to use findmypip.com. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

What FindMyPip Offers

As of this document's date, every tool on findmypip.com is provided free of charge. FindMyPip may introduce paid features or products in the future, if it does, this document will be updated in advance and you will be told what's changing before you're asked to pay for anything.

All of these tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it, and FindMyPip may modify, limit, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice and without liability.

No Financial or Investment Advice

Nothing on findmypip.com, the Calculator's output, the Pip€x Process™ checklist, your trade journal, any AI-generated insight, or anything else on the site, constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. These are educational and journaling tools intended to help you organize your own thinking and track your own discipline. They do not manage money, execute trades, or provide personalized financial planning.

Any figures, projections, or “insights” you receive are based solely on the numbers and text you provide, are not verified against your actual financial situation, and should not be treated as a substitute for your own judgment or for licensed professional advice.

Use of Artificial Intelligence

FindMyPip uses Claude, an AI model built by Anthropic, to generate the Calculator's personalized insight and, if you opt in, your Pip€x Process™ behavioral-pattern insight. This content is generated automatically based on what you enter, it is not written or reviewed by a human before you see it, and it is not financial advice (see Section 5).

The AI is instructed not to recommend specific trades, assets, or investments, and to limit itself to reflecting on your own stated numbers, checklist answers, and patterns. If FindMyPip introduces a new AI-assisted feature that processes your personal data, our Privacy Policy will be updated in advance to disclose it.

No Accounts, No Passwords, How Sync Actually Works

FindMyPip does not use traditional user accounts or passwords anywhere on the site. Your Pip€x Process™ journal lives in your own browser, and, as of August 1, 2026, is also synced server-side from your first logged entry onward.

Once verified, access to your synced journal is controlled entirely by a one-time code sent to your email address, there is no password to set, reset, or lose. This means the practical security of your synced trade journal depends on the security of your email account. If your email is compromised, someone with access to it could request a code and gain access to your synced journal in the same way they could reset a password on many other services tied to that inbox. Our Privacy Policy's “Sync Across Devices” section explains this in more detail, including code expiry and how deletion of your synced copy currently works. By using Pip€x Process™, you acknowledge this design and accept that email account security is your responsibility.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use findmypip.com to attempt unauthorized access to another person's synced data, to abuse, scrape, or overload our infrastructure, to submit false or malicious data with intent to disrupt the service, or to use the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to restrict or block access for anyone who violates this section.

Intellectual Property

Pip€x Process™, its checklist frameworks, its tier structure, and all associated branding, graphics, and copy on findmypip.com are the intellectual property of Pipillionair€ Pipeline™.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use findmypip.com's tools for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or use any content, framework, or tool from findmypip.com for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Pipillionair€ Pipeline™.

No Financial Guarantee, No Fiduciary Relationship

Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any financial outcome, trading result, or return on investment as a result of using findmypip.com or any of its tools.

Nothing on findmypip.com, and nothing communicated through it, creates a fiduciary relationship, an advisory relationship, or an agency relationship between you and Pipillionair€ Pipeline™.

Financial market participation involves significant risk. Any results, examples, or figures referenced on findmypip.com reflect individual circumstances and are not typical, and are not a guarantee, promise, or prediction of the results you will achieve. Your own results depend on your own capital, discipline, risk tolerance, and market conditions, all of which are outside our control.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ and Leslie Sampson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunity, arising from your use of findmypip.com or any of its tools.

Because findmypip.com's tools are currently provided free of charge, and where liability cannot otherwise be excluded, the total liability of Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ and Leslie Sampson to you for any claim arising from your use of findmypip.com is limited to a nominal amount, as no fee has been paid for use of the site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ and Leslie Sampson from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your own trading, investment, or financial decisions, your own management of your email account security, or your breach of these Terms.

Platform Availability and Force Majeure

We make reasonable efforts to keep findmypip.com and its tools available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for temporary outages, technical disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet or power outages, third-party infrastructure failures (Cloudflare, Resend, Anthropic, or similar providers), or other events of force majeure.

Because Pip€x Process™ stores your journal locally in your browser as well as server-side once synced, an outage affecting our servers does not affect your locally-stored data, though it may affect the Calculator, “Get My Insight,” or Sync Across Devices while the disruption lasts.

Privacy

Your use of findmypip.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at findmypip.com. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, including if findmypip.com introduces paid features. The most current version will always be available at findmypip.com. Continued use of findmypip.com following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us directly to attempt a good-faith resolution.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Any litigation arising from or relating to these terms or your use of findmypip.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
