Who We Are
FindMyPip™ is a set of free digital tools operated by Pipillionair€ Pipeline™, a trade name operated by Leslie Sampson, based in Trinidad and Tobago. FindMyPip helps people find their first investable dollar and build the habits and discipline to trade it consistently. This policy covers findmypip.com specifically. Our main platform, pipillionaire.com, has its own privacy policy covering Pipillionair€ Academy™ and paid programs.
As of the date of this policy, Pipillionair€ Pipeline™ is not incorporated as a separate legal entity. Any reference to “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Leslie Sampson, operating under this trade name.
We are not licensed financial educators or registered investment advisors. Nothing on findmypip.com constitutes financial advice, and all trading and investing decisions remain your sole responsibility.
What Data We Collect and Why
Some of this data can be candid and personal. The journal is designed for you to write honestly about your reasoning, your emotional state during a trade, and what you got wrong, that's the point of the tool. We're flagging this explicitly because it means this journal can contain more personally revealing content than a typical form submission, which matters for how it's handled once it leaves your browser.
Sync Across Devices
You must verify your email through Sync before you can log your first Pip€x Process™ trade or projection. This is no longer optional.
What it does: Sync lets you carry your trade journal between devices, for example, start it on your laptop, then pick it up on your phone, without creating a password or account. You verify your email once, before your very first logged trade or projection; we send a one-time 6-digit code to that address (via Resend) to confirm you actually own it before you can log anything.
Why this changed: Earlier versions of Pip€x Process™ let you log entries without ever verifying an email, meaning your journal could exist only in your browser with no backup anywhere. We made Sync mandatory so that every member's journal is backed up server-side from the start, protecting against a lost device, a cleared browser, or a browser's own storage limits wiping out months of logged data with no way to recover it.
What gets stored, and where: Once you've verified your email with that code, your full trade journal is automatically pushed to Cloudflare KV in the background every time you save an entry, keyed to your verified email address. On a new device, entering your email and a fresh one-time code pulls that stored journal back down and merges it with whatever's already on the new device.
How access is gated, and what that actually means: There are no passwords or accounts anywhere in FindMyPip. The one-time emailed code is the entire security mechanism protecting your journal. In practical terms, the real boundary protecting your trade journal is the security of your email inbox, not anything FindMyPip itself controls. Each code expires after 10 minutes and can only be used once, which limits the window for misuse, but it doesn't remove it.
What “Reset my log” does and doesn't do: Clears your trade journal from the device you're using. It does not delete your synced copy in Cloudflare KV, that copy is left in place by design, so a local reset can't accidentally wipe your own cloud backup.
Retention and deletion, a known gap: Your synced journal persists in Cloudflare KV until you request its deletion by emailing us directly. There is currently no self-serve deletion option inside the product for your cloud-synced copy.
Use of AI Tools
FindMyPip uses Claude, an AI model by Anthropic, in two places: to generate your personalized Calculator insight, and, only if you opt in, to analyze your Pip€x Process™ trade journal for behavioral patterns via “Get My Insight.” In both cases, the data you entered is sent to Anthropic's API to generate that response. Anthropic processes this data under its own privacy and data-use terms.
AI output on findmypip.com is coaching and reflection, not financial advice, and is not a substitute for your own judgment or licensed professional guidance. The AI is instructed never to recommend specific trades, assets, or investments, only to reflect on your own stated numbers and patterns.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Calculator submissions are retained as a Resend contact until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Pip€x Process™ data stored in your browser is retained until you clear it yourself (there's a “Reset my log” option) or clear your browser storage. The copy stored on our infrastructure (Cloudflare KV) once you verify through Sync is retained until you request its deletion, clearing your local log alone does not delete it.
Your Rights Over Your Data
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including any synced Pip€x Process™ journal stored in Cloudflare KV. Because there is currently no self-serve deletion option for your cloud-synced journal, this is presently the only way to remove that copy. We may update this policy to reflect changes to findmypip.com's tools or data practices, including new AI-processing features. The most current version will always be available at findmypip.com. Continued use of findmypip.com following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
